High Performance Government Network

Ryan Chasey serves as the President of the High Performance Government Network, where he leads the not-for-profit organization dedicated to the improvement of local government performance.

Ryan has over 8 years experience in government and government-related finance and policymaking.  He previously served as the Quality Director/Public Finance Officer for the City of Fort Wayne, where he was responsible for overseeing the city’s performance management program.  During Ryan’s tenure, the City of Fort Wayne achieved:

• Completion of over 50 Lean Six Sigma projects
• Savings and cost avoidance of over $22 million
• Implementation of an improved cost savings tracking system
• Introduction of Activity Based Management tools
• Improved integration of process improvement and leadership/management training

Ryan has personally completed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt training.  He is a life-long Indiana resident and holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
