High Performance Government Network

Joy Hudson, Vice-President of Operations, oversees the High Performance Government Network office administration and operations including internal processes and infrastructure.  She also assists staff with general administrative needs.

Joy spent the last 8 years in the Mayor's Office at the City of Fort Wayne as Executive Assistant to former Mayor Graham Richard.  She has owned several small businesses, most recently serving as Founder and President of the Gourmet Touch, an upscale catering business that she passionately ran for over thirteen years.  Joy is actively involved in her community and neighborhood where she strives to make a difference.
