Collaboration Fundamentals Series
Overview:
This 4 days series will provide District 3 public health and hospital leaders with tools to work as a unified region to meet health challenges. The first workshop on September 16 will be conducted jointly with the Indiana Department of Health as a regional tabletop exercise, and the subsequent workshops on October 21, November 18, and December 16 will focus on the strategic planning and critical collaboration and communication skills leaders need to respond as a unified region based on the results of the exercise. The series is designed to promote dynamic interaction between representatives from different organizations. "Collaboration Fundamentals" offered free of charge thanks to MMRS funding. This series is part of the Public Safety Executive Leadership Series hosted by the High Performance Government Network at the Public Safety Academy of Northeast Indiana.
Audience:
District 3 Hospital leaders (bioterror coordinators, public information officers, administrators, security directors) and Public Health leaders (county departments of health, Red Cross and other not for profit health organizations)
