What is the High Performance Government Network?

The High Performance Government Network is a member driven not-for-profit corporation that is dedicated to designing, developing, and deploying high performance accountable public services. The Network assists local government chief elected officials develop quality improvements by using data to identify service delivery weaknesses and to establish working models for immediate and on-going improvements.
 
HPG Network to Host Workshop in Chicago

Starting September 9th the High Performance Government Network will begin a four (4) day workshop on the Fundamentals of Performance.  This four day workshop will provide local government leaders with an understanding of the fundamentals necessary to transform their government into a high performing organization.  Register online.
